No SHOW

Your appointment is specially booked for you. I understand life happens, and things don’t always go as planned. If you do not show your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged 50% of your expected service amount. If last-minute cancellations or no-showing appointments are a regular occurrence I will require a credit card to book your appointment. 

Late policy: after 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This helps keep my schedule on track, and not inconvenience other customers.
